FAQ

Do you do commissions?
Yes! Please reach out via the contact form. 

Please note: if you are commissioning a piece of jewellery that uses your own sea glass or pottery, this will incur an additional cost due to the extra time and care needed to work with you and your supplied materials.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only ship within the UK. 
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

How long will my order take to arrive?
For one of a kind, ready-to-ship items, please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch.
For made-to-order and commissioned pieces, please allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch. 


Is your jewellery available in store?
Currently, you can find my jewellery at In the Making in Sheffield, Follow their Instagram here.
I also attend markets throughout the year. Keep an eye on my Instagram for upcoming dates and locations.

How should I care for my jewellery?
To help your jewellery last as long as possible, please follow these care tips: 

  • When not being worn, store each piece separately in a dry and airtight place.
  • Remove your jewellery before swimming, showering or exposure to water, as water can cause damage over time. This is especially important to jewellery containing translucent sea glass, as trapped moisture can cause discolouration that is difficult to remove.
  • Silver naturally tarnishes over time due to exposure to oxygen in the air. Gently polishing your silver with a jewellery cloth will help restore its shine.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, face creams and other cosmetics or chemicals. As a rule of thumb, jewellery should be the last thing you put on in the morning (after cosmetics) and the first thing you take off in the evening. 

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! All of my packaging is eco-friendly, so please do reuse or recycle.

Can I make a return?
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, I accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
I take great care to ensure every item is made to the utmost quality, and customer satisfaction is very important to me. Therefore, if your item arrives faulty, please contact me straight away, and we can discuss the best way to resolve the issue. 

Are any items exempt from returns or refunds?
Commissions are non-refundable unless faulty. For hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns on earrings.
